Our client is looking to recruit an Operations and Screening Administrator to support the Operations team specifically in the areas of Management Information reporting, policy and procedure management and the control of key static data entry and its amendment within the Taskforce client management system.
You will provide support to the Deputy Manager, Operations
Assist the Deputy Manager, Operations in reporting information and statistics relating to the business as required by Head Office, Compliance and other requests
Carry out weekly Sanctions, PEP and Screening requirements with the assistance of the Risk Team
Accurately maintain the restricted client data fields within the Taskforce Statutory Database System (input, amend, delete), tracking the stages of the process from receipt of the static data through to completion
Maintain a data log of all changes undertaken so that their whereabouts can be located at all times during the process
An understanding of CDD/KYC in accordance with requirements under Jersey laws and regulations
Preferably either hold an appropriate Compliance or Trust based qualification such as an ICA Certificate or Offshore Certificate or be prepared to study to attain such a qualification
Ideally 1 – 2 years’ experience within the finance industry in a similar role.
