Financial Reporting Manager
Our client a leading law firm is looking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager with a strong technical background to be part of the in-house finance team.
You will be working closely with the Group Financial Controller, ensuring that the financial data is prepared accurately and in a timely manner for senior management, partners and auditors.
Main duties & responsibilities:-
Preparation of the firms’ annual consolidated financial statements, along with individual company financial statements
Monthly and annual consolidation of all group entities and subsequent Reporting & Analysis.
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis from budget
MI Analysis and presenting findings.
Preparing P+L, Balance Sheet and cashflow forecasts Preparing departmental P&L reports on a monthly basis
Experience, skills & technical knowledge required:-
Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of five years’ accounting experience.
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience utilising a practice management system; Elite 3e, Elite Enterprise would be useful but not essential.
