Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Group Workspace and Premises Strategy Manager who will work closely with the executive board and other key stakeholders across the business, to support the business with premises strategy.

Requirements: –

You must be currently in a similar role and have extensive experience with workspace planning and premises strategy management.

You must demonstrate technical expertise in this area especially with space planning requirements, alongside having an awareness of industry trends.

Have strong influencing skills, stakeholder management and project management experience (within this environment)

You must be able to ‘hit the ground running’, progressing and leading on activity across their offices, drawing together a group premises plan ensuring the relevant policies are in place and consulting the business on this whilst working closely with practice managers, the exec board and wider teams to set standards.

The role has an international focus therefore, travel may be required at times, however it is not envisaged that this being frequent.

This role is to be based in Jersey and we would also consider someone to be based remotely, in the UK.
