Service Desk Analyst
Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their global tech support team. You will be the first point of contract for infrastructure, security and IT systems delivery, across all locations.
Be an expert/super user in the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10.
Have an understanding of Active Directory, Cisco Call Manager, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Citrix, Mobile Iron and iManage Document Management System would be desirable.
Ability to work in a continuously evolving and fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Discrete, demonstrating good judgement.
